So, let me tell you about Gravity Plumbing and heating - they are GREAT! I can not express how grateful I am for their response to issues. Called out before Christmas to a dead furnace which remarkably revived before they could get here, these guys were great. Scott spent about five minutes explaining what they thought was the problem but what info the needed to be sure. Why? Because they didn't want to do unnecessary work! That meant, when the furnace died again three weeks later I knew what I needed to do to give them the info they needed so they could address what turned out to be two issues simultaneously.
